Our survey shows that 39% of programs are accessing NDC content. We have conducted shopping comparisons for managed programs and found that NDC content beats the Edifact content on 22% of trips and yields $369 savings per trip when lower. This is largely due to the continuous pricing offered via NDC channels. Buyers who are not using NDC should be asking their TMC and OBT partners for an update on when they will be switched on to NDC content.
