Richelle DeGuzman is a Senior Consultant at GoldSpring Consulting with over a decade of experience in the business travel industry. She began her career in 2014 at BCD Travel, where she held various roles in agency operations and account management. During this time, Richelle honed her skills in optimizing global travel strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate client satisfaction, all while demonstrating a keen ability to align travel solutions with broader business objectives.

In 2020, Richelle transitioned into consulting, where she took on leadership roles in managing complex global projects, including Travel Management Company (TMC), Online Booking Tool (OBT), and Expense RFPs, as well as strategy and implementation initiatives for multinational clients. She also oversaw outsourced travel management missions, delivering tailored, high-value solutions that enhanced operational effectiveness.
