Jennifer Donnelly has been with GoldSpring Consulting since July 2017. As an industry expert in travel, card and expense she helps clients achieve maximum value for their programs, whether it be by selecting the best providers via an RFP, realizing the value through implementation, or helping clients devise their own strategic roadmaps based on their unique needs. She approaches each client with a fresh set of eyes, while bringing proven expertise across multiple travel categories.
Prior to GoldSpring Consulting, Jennifer was the global travel, card and expense program manager for Intel Corporation. In her role, she led the travel team and its global program in achieving maximum customer satisfaction while providing cost efficiencies on over $200M in Travel spends. Her global team was responsible for delivering $400M+ in expense reimbursements, 230K business trips and 40K corporate cards for employees in over 70 countries. She created an integrated, strategic vision for each of the programs within her scope and led her team to execute to those strategies. Throughout her time, she led numerous RFPs, was instrumental in the selection and deployment of a new expense tool across 70+ countries as well as the conversion from one online book to another. She also expanded Intel’s expense auditing capabilities by leveraging an external audit solution combined with internal resources which drove new standards in auditing excellence. In addition, she guided the transition of work to HR shared service centers in support of the overall vision of the HR enterprise services group, allowing for additional efficiencies and productivity gains within the card and expense programs.
Jennifer has a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from the WP Carey School of Business, Arizona State University.
