Harry Hoffman joins GoldSpring as a Senior Consultant with 18 years of diverse industry experience on both the buyer and supplier sides. With a strong background, he is skilled in everything from sourcing and policy creation to travel and expense platforms and reporting. His true expertise lies in program architecture, strategy, optimization, and renovations. With a "Travel Smarter, Not Harder" mindset, he excels at identifying opportunities and solving challenges, leveraging technology to maximize efficiencies in travel, expense, corporate card, and duty of care programs.

As a travel buyer, Harry's post-pandemic rebuild of a tech industry program involved TMC and OBT RFPs, a policy rewrite, and the global expansion of the corporate card program, maximizing program value and savings. He also has experience managing travel and expense for a global Fortune 500 manufacturing brand in over 30 markets.

On the TMC side, Harry has held several roles at BCD Travel, including data and reporting analyst and Global Program Manager. His data expertise enables him to create insightful reports that tell a story and drive better decision-making. He also uses this data to enhance automation and downstream processes. His experience spans various OBTs and third-party technology integrations, utilizing a big-picture view to improve programs while understanding nuances, requirements, and limitations.

Harry resides in Columbus, Ohio with his wife and dachshunds Abe Froman and Pepper Sausage. In his free time, he enjoys motorsports, tinkering and fixing things around the house, and being let down by Cleveland sports teams.
