Genevieve Sulway

Genevieve is passionate about procurement and how it can transform an organization. She brings to GoldSpring clients her extensive background transforming procurement for some of the world’s largest organizations. Genevieve’s list of long-term consulting engagements includes Google, Diageo UK, Prudential UK, BP, and Goldman Sachs to name a few.

Genevieve has managed $2 billion budgets and generated more than $600 million in savings for clients in recent years. She has demonstrated thought leadership at the director level of the full procure-to-pay cycle leading change, designing global strategies and analyzing opportunities for multi-national and global companies. She has hands-on experience negotiating new agreements including the commercial, pricing, legal and operational aspects. She focuses on service and delivery for clients, often acting as the single point of contact with corresponding internal support functions.

Other highlights include her drafting of global travel agency and management consulting RFP’s for Google. These included new policies, communication plans, leading supplier contact negotiations and selecting a single global agency. She was also the project lead for the management consulting RFP which included a new approved supplier program and rate standardization. For Deigo UK, she Implemented a single global travel agency across 60 countries in three months delivering £450K p.a. in savings. For Prudential, Genevieve built a new team of 15 people, and developed and implemented a companywide procurement strategy.

As a versatile and results-driven leader, Genevieve loves mentoring and encouraging new ideas. She has an indisputable track record as trusted and valued partner with stakeholders, colleagues, c-suite executives, community groups and suppliers.

Her awards in include AFMA (Australian Fleet Manager Association) and ABTA (Australasian Business Travel Association) Awards for ‘Fleet Environment and Fleet Energy Efficiency’ 2003, and ‘Best Company Compliance’ and ‘Overall Annual Excellence for Travel Management’ 2002.
